Corporate Radar: Dividend; Q4 results, bonus, stock splits and more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Friday.

Shares of 5 companies Bank Of Baroda (Rs 2.85 per share), Diamines & Chemicals (Rs 3 per share), Meghmani Organics (Rs 1.4 per share), MPS (Rs 30 per share) and Plastiblends India (Rs 4 per share) will go ex-dividend today. The 5 companies had announced final dividends.

Supreme Infrastructure India, Aroma Enterprises and JR Foods are among the companies which will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Avantel will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 3:1. The board of Sheela Foam will consider an ESOP.

Visaka Industries, Ashirwad Steels & Industries and CIL Securities will have their annual general meetings while Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals and Syschem (India) will have their EGMs today.

A board meeting of Vegetable Products will take place today to consider the proposal for the preferential issue of shares.

Today is the record date for Ajanta Soya and Galactico Corporate Services stock split.

Galactico Corporate Services had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10 meanwhile Ajanta Soya had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10.

Friday is also the record date for dividends by Hindustan Unilever, Tata Steel, Tata Power Company, Tata Elxsi, Tata Chemicals, Sonata Software, Tinplate Company of India, Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers and High Energy Batteries.

Hindustan Unilever (Rs 19 per share), Tata Steel (Rs 51 per share), Tata Power Company (Rs 1.75 per share), Tata Chemicals (Rs 12 per share), Sonata Software (Rs 13 per share), Tinplate Company of India (Rs 4 per share), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers (Rs 0.15 per share), High Energy Batteries (Rs 15 per share) and Tata Elxsi (Rs 42.5 per share) had announced final dividends. These stocks went ex-dividend on Wednesday.

Today is also the record date for Galactico Corporate Services to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to issue of bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 3:10, meanwhile, Friday is also the record date for SKP Securities to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled for the issue of bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 1:1.
