The health package includes features such as unlimited telephone or video consultation with expert doctors in several regional languages, home visits for blood test facility, medicine vouchers, discount vouchers at more than 16,500 partnered hospitals, etc.
Vakrangee Limited has launched an online digital platformDigital Vakrangee Kendra — which will enable seamless healthcare services for customers who don’t even have to leave the comfort of their homes to access these anymore. This is in addition to a growing network of over 10,000 Vakrangee Kendra outlets.

Through this, Vakrangee has evolved into a unique and hybrid O2O (online to offline) platform, which provides assistance through a physical kendra, as also a digital platform to beam services directly to customers’ homes.

The over 10,000 physical kendras are operational across the country, providing key services and serving the nation through the pandemic. Of these, 80 per cent of the outlets are in rural locations, like tier 4, 5 and 6 towns. The unserved and underserved bottom of the pyramid population can now access basic financial and non-financial transactions through these outlets.

Vakrangee has initiated this transition with the launch of digital telemedicine services (in partnership with vHealth by Aetna, a CVS Pharmacy Group Company, a Fortune 500 company). Going forward, the company plans to make more services live through this platform. Customers can now buy complete health packages from the comfort of their homes, while following all isolation protocols.

The complete health package offered by Digital Vakrangee Kendra’s tele medicine services in partnership with vHealth by Aetna is a highly lucrative offering, one which would be beneficial to anybody in the current pandemic-affected environment.

The health package includes features such as unlimited telephone or video consultation with expert doctors in several regional languages, home visits for blood test facility, medicine vouchers, discount vouchers at more than 16,500 partnered hospitals, etc. In addition, if customers require further assistance, they can also visit the nearest Vakrangee Kendra outlet.

The physical kendras are a unique offering, in that they allow customers to conduct their transactions seamlessly, offering physical assistance or support to those who need it, while also giving them more trust and comfort.

Commenting on this, Dinesh Nandwana, Managing Director and Group CEO, Vakrangee Ltd., said, “We are happy to announce the launch of our Digital Vakrangee Kendra. At such a crucial time, the importance of omni channels has grown exponentially, and the launch of Digital Vakrangee Kendra services will help people avail essential services at their doorsteps, which will make their lives easier.”

“Customers will have the option to visit the nearest Vakrangee Kendra for assistance as well as have the choice to transact these services digitally. It is a huge leap for us, and also for the way our consumers in rural India will transact going forward,” Nandwana added.
