Corporate Radar: Infosys, L&T Tech to turn ex-dividend & more

There are a host of corporate actions and board meetings scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of Infosys (Rs 16.5 per share), Bhansali Engineering (Re 1 per share), L&T Technology (Rs 15 per share), ICICI Lombard (Rs 4.5 per share), KSolves India ( Rs 4.5 per share) and Steel City (Re 1 per share) will trade ex-dividend.

Shares of Kshitij Polyline shall trade ex-split in the ratio of 1:5.

Shares of Debock Industries will trade ex-bonus in respect of its bonus ratio of 1:1.

Further, as the earnings season is going on a number of companies, including Balaji Amines, Tata Chemicals, Gokaldas Exports, Indus Towers, REC, PC Jeweller, Vaibhav Global, V-Guard, PNB Housing, Rajnish Wellness, SBI Cards, Anupam Rasayan, Latent View, CE Infosystems and Tamilnad Mercantile Bank among others will be releasing their quarterly results.

The board of Kaveri Seed will be deliberating share buyback today, while Supreme Petrochem other than the quarterly numbers will also consider a stock split.
