    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

    Shares of Alkem Laboratories (Rs 4 per share), Bharat Electronics (Rs 1.5 per share), Castrol India (Rs 3 per share), Chennai Petroleum Corporation (Rs 2 per share), Cipla (Rs 5 per share), D.B. Corp (Rs 3 per share), Honeywell Automation (Rs 90 per share), ICICI Bank (Rs 5 per share), Kriti Industries (Re 0.2 per share), Kriti Nutrients (Re 0.18 per share), RJ Shah & Company (Rs 2.5 per share), Rupa & Company (Rs 3 per share) and West Coast Paper Mills (Rs 6 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

    D.B. Corp (Rs 3 per share) and Castrol India (Rs 3 per share) had announced their interim dividends.

    Bharti Airtel, Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone, Power Grid Corporation Of India, Samvardhana Motherson International, Delhivery, Torrent Power, Whirlpool Of India and National Aluminium Company are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Shares of GG Engineering will turn ex-rights today. GG Engineering had announced a rights issue of 35 shares for every 13 shares held, offered at Rs 1.8 apiece.

    Shares of High Energy Batteries will go ex-split today. The company had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10.

    Saint-Gobain Sekurit India and Emkay Global Financial Services will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

    The board of TPL Plastech will meet today to consider a stock split. Also, the board of Optimus Finance, Aris International and Velox Industries will meet today to consider a preferential issue of equity shares.
