    NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the green on Tuesday.

    These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Fraser & Company(14.91%), Prime Focus(13.84%), New India Assurance(13.57%), Alkali Metals(13.47%), Chembond Chem(11.87%), Raj Packaging(11.66%), Pharmaids Pharm(11.52%), Tide Water Oil(11.05%), Artefact Proj(10.91%) and Radhika Jeweltech(10.28%).

    The 30-share Sensex ended 177.04 points up at 62681.84, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 55.3 points up at 18618.05.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 25 stocks ended in the green, while 25 stocks closed in the red.

    Meanwhile, stocks such as SBC Exports, Refex Industries, Axita Cotton, Aditya Birla Cap. and Bengal Assam Co hit their fresh 52-week high, while Laurus Labs, Jointeca Edu, Jump Networks, Dhruv Wellness and Jayatma Enterprises touched their new 52-week low in today's trade.
