Sensex falls! These stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 282.52 points down at 57343.39 amid brisk selling in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Alacrity Sec(down 17.81 per cent), Inducto Steel(down 15.57 per cent), Universus Photo(down 15.40 per cent), Wherrelz IT Solutions Ltd.(down 13.28 per cent) and Ansal Housing(down 10.27 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 11 stocks traded in the green, while 39 stocks traded in the red.

The Nifty index was trading 84.15 points down at 17039.45.

On the BSE, Wipro, My Money Securit, BFL Asset Finvest, Unison Metals and S M Gold hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Zenith Exports, Astec Lifesc, Swarnsarita Gems, Advait Infratech and Apollo Micro Systems touched their fresh 52-week highs.
