Corporate Radar: Brigade to turn ex-dividend; Axis Bank, Tata Steel Q1 results; AGMs and more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Monday.

Shares of Bombay Oxygen Investments (Rs 20 per share), Brigade Enterprises (Rs 1.5 per share), DCM Shriram Industries (Re 0.5 per share), Deepak Nitrite (Rs 7 per share), Graphite India (Rs 10 per share), Kamdhenu (Re 1 per share), Sharda Cropchem (Rs 3 per share) and The Grob Tea Company (Rs 2 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

Axis Bank, Tata Steel, Tech Mahindra, Canara Bank, Macrotech Developers, Glaxosmithkline Pharmaceuticals, Central Bank Of India, Solar Industries India, Supreme Industries and Indian Energy Exchange are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Hardwyn India will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 1:2.

Lakshmi Machine Works, Maharashtra Scooters, Swaraj Engines, Indo Rama Synthetics (India), Ultramarine & Pigments, Jyothy Labs and Astec Lifesciences will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The board of Moongipa Securities and National Oxygen will meet today to consider the preferential issue of shares while the board of Prime Fresh will meet to consider the issue of warrants.

Monday is the record date for dividends by Cholamandalam Investment, Minda Corporation, Poonawalla Fincorp and Dabur India among others.

Cholamandalam Investment (Re 0.7 per share), Minda Corporation (Re 0.7 per share), Poonawalla Fincorp (Re 0.4 per share) and Dabur India (Rs 2.7 per share) had announced their final dividend. The stocks went ex-dividend on Thursday.

Today is also the record date for Relicab Cable Manufacturing to ascertain the eligibility of shareholders entitled to bonus shares of the company in the proportion of 74:100.
