    Today is the record date for the stock split by Hindustan Foods, Ontic Finserve, Rajnish Wellness and Shanti Educational Initiatives. Hindustan Foods and Rajnish Wellness had announced splitting of shares into face value of Rs 2 from the face value of Rs 10 while Ontic Finserve and Shanti Educational Initiatives had announced the splitting of shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10.

    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Friday.

    Shares of Alkyl Amines Chemicals (Rs 10 per share), Bajaj Consumer Care (Rs 4 per share), Bimetal Bearings (Rs 8 per share), Godrej Agrovet (Rs 9.5 per share), Goodyear India (Rs 20 per share), John Cockrill India (Rs 2 per share), Kalyani Steels (Rs 10 per share), Rolcon Engineering Company (Rs 2 per share) and Supreme Petrochem (Rs 14 per share) are among the companies that will go ex-dividend today.

    Goodyear India (Rs 80 per share) had also announced a special dividend.

    Reliance Industries, UltraTech Cement, JSW Steel, Bandhan Bank, HDFC Asset Management Company, Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, Atul and Coforge are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Relicab Cable Manufacturing shares will go ex-bonus today in the ratio of 74:100.

    Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals, Hitachi Energy India, Shriram City Union Finance, Shankara Building Products, Wendt India, Lumax Auto Technologies, Lumax Industries, 20 Microns and Sinclairs Hotels will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

    The board of KCL Infra Projects will meet today to consider the right issue of equity shares.

    Friday is the record date for dividends by Tube Investments of India, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, V-Guard Industries and Nocil.

    Tube Investments of India (Rs 1.5 per share), Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services (Rs 3.6 per share), V-Guard Industries (Rs 1.3 per share), Nocil (Rs 3 per share) had announced final dividends. The stocks went ex-dividend on Wednesday.
