    The board of Ruchira Papers will meet today to consider the bonus issue while the board of TD Power Systems and Greencrest Financial Services will meet today to consider Stock Split. Also, the board of Kinetic Engineering, DSJ Keep Learning and Roopshri Resorts will meet today to consider the preferential issue of shares while the board of Suditi Industries will meet today to consider the rights issue.

    NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Tuesday.

    Shares of Benares Hotels (Rs 10 per share), Bengal & Assam Company (Rs 15 per share), Genus Power Infrastructures (Re 0.25 per share), Heidelberg Cement (Rs 9 per share), JK Agri Genetics (Rs 1.5 per share), Kakatiya Cement Sugar (Rs 3 per share), Lambodhara Textiles (Rs 1.5 per share), Vedant Fashions (Rs 5 per share) and Virat Industries (Re 1 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

    MMTC, The Orissa Minerals Development Company, Mcdowell Holdings, Bombay Rayon Fashions, Shreyas Intermediates, Kesar Petroproducts, Mohite Industries, Marg, Celestial Biolabs, UBE Industries and IEC Education are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

    Gland Pharma, Narayana Hrudayalaya, Suyog Telematics, Shreyas Intermediates and Oxford Industries will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

    Tuesday is the record date for dividends by Panama Petrochem (Rs 6 per share), Permanent Magnets (Rs 1.2 per share) and Linc (Rs 1.8 per share) among others. The stocks went ex-dividend on Friday.
