    GR Infra raises Rs 283 crore from 22 anchor investors

    The company informed the bourses it has allocated 33.85 lakh shares at 837 per share on Tuesday to anchor investors including Small Cap World Fund, ADIA, Blackrock, Fidelity, Allianz Global, and domestic mutual funds such as ICICI Pru, Nippon, SBI, HDFC MF, Aditya Birla Sunlife, UTI, Axis, Franklin Templeton and Kotak among others.

    Mumbai: GR Infraprojects has raised Rs 283 crore from 22 anchor investors ahead of its maiden initial public offer which opens for public subscription on Wednesday.
