    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 113.5 points, or 0.66 per cent higher at 17,393, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Tuesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    HCL Technologies: The IT services major said it has been selected to provide global service desk and on-site support to global healthcare company Novo Nordisk. Through the partnership, HCL will help Novo Nordisk transform its IT operations and create world-class end-user experiences and drive efficiency across its workforce.

    Power Grid Corporation: The state run utility player approved an investment worth Rs 821.3 crore in five projects including transmission system strengthening beyond Kolhapur for export of power from solar and wind energy zones in southern region, transmission system strengthening for Srinagar-Leh transmission system.

    SBI Life insurance: The Canada Pension Fund will sell its 0.56 per cent stake in the company at a price band of Rs 1,039 - Rs 1,077 apiece, ET Now reported. This is the second sale by Canada Pension Fund in a week.

    Indiabulls Housing Finance: The second-largest mortgage lender is planning to raise Rs 50,000 crore next fiscal to fund its expected 15-20 per cent loan growth which will take its balance sheet near to the pre-pandemic peak when it had crossed the Rs 1-lakh-crore mark.

    Aurobindo Pharma: The global pharmaceutical company said it has acquired the domestic formulation business of Veritaz Healthcare on a slump sale basis. According to the company, the transaction is agreed at a consideration of Rs 171 crore on a debt-free cash-free basis.

    Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services: The leading NBFC said it has raised over Rs 255 crore by issuing bonds on private placement basis. The board approved the allotment of 2,500 secured redeemable non-convertible debentures (NCDs) of face value of Rs 10 lakh each. The tenure of the bonds is 9 years and 234 days.

    Tata Power: The Tata Group's utility player and Rustomjee Group have collaborated to set up electric vehicle charging infrastructure at the commercial and residential projects of the latter across Mumbai metropolitan region.

    SRF: The chemicals firm said its board has approved the appointment of Ashish Bharat Ram as Chairman and Managing Director with effect from April 1. In a regulatory filing, SRF said that the company had announced the appointment of Vellayan Subbiah as the Chairman of the board of directors with effect from April 1, 2022.

    Max Healthcare Institute: The healthcare services player said that stock exchanges NSE and BSE have approved re-classification of Analjit Singh, his family and a group firm, as public shareholders. It is the entity formed by the merger of the healthcare assets of Max Healthcare, Max India Ltd and Radiant.

    Zensar Technologies: The leading engineering and technology solutions player announced the opening of its global delivery centre in Kolkata, India. The centre is strategically located to attract skilled individuals in the company's service lines of application services, engineering services, and data engineering and analytics.

    Poonawalla Fincorp: Relaxing its earlier directions, Sebi removed the securities market ban imposed on eight entities with respect to alleged insider trading activities in the shares of the NBFC, which was earlier known as Magma Fincorp.

    Sudarshan Chemical Industries: The chemical manufacturer said its board has approved a proposal to raise up to Rs 200 crore through issue of debentures. Sudarshan started manufacturing pigments in 1952. It primarily serves the coatings, plastics, inks and cosmetics markets.

    GR Infraprojects:
    The recently listed road and highway construction firm has been awarded two projects in the state of Maharashtra aggregating to Rs 1,744 crore. The projects will be operated for 15 years from the date of commercial operations.

    Somany Ceramics: The board of tile makerapproved an investment of up to Rs 9.50 crore in the company's subsidiary SR Continental by way of subscription of equity shares. Out of the approved investment, the company has invested Rs 2.50 crore by way of rights issue.

    Securekloud Technologies: Sebi informed the IT company about appointment of forensic auditor, Grant Thornton, for conducting the forensic audit for the financial years ended March 2018, March 2019, March 2020 and the nine months ended December 2020.

    Swelect Energy Systems: The Indian solar products maker and EPC contractor has commissioned an 11-MW solar power plant in the state of Tamil Nadu. The project was implemented by subsidiary Swelect Renewable Energy at a site in Manparai Village, Musiri Taluk, Trichy District.

    Kilpest India:
    The subsidiary of Agrochemical player, 3B BlackBio Biotech India, has completed the acquisition of 70 per cent equity stake in HS Biolabs, Manchester, United Kingdom. The rebranding of HS Biolabs as TRUPCR Europe has been initiated and will be completed in some time

    Dolfin Rubbers: The company board of tyre rubber manufacturer has approved issue of bonus shares in the ratio of 1 new fully paid-up equity share of Rs 10 each for every 3 existing fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 every existing equity share held by the members as on the record date.
