Share market update: Most active stocks of the day in terms of total traded value

NEW DELHI: RIL(Rs. 749.08 crore), Infosys(Rs. 472.95 crore), Maruti Suzuki(Rs. 326.69 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 310.82 crore), Tata Steel(Rs. 276.33 crore), SBI(Rs. 275.44 crore), Zomato Ltd.(Rs. 271.01 crore), TCS(Rs. 252.08 crore), Rel Ind Infra(Rs. 241.77 crore) and Kotak Bank(Rs. 237.51 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:50AM in Thursday's session.

The NSE Nifty index traded 34.2 points up at 15833.3, while BSE Sensex was up 171.75 points at 53198.72 as of 10:50AM(IST)on June 30.

In the Nifty index, Axis Bank Ltd.(up 2.05 per cent), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd.(up 1.62 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 1.56 per cent), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(up 1.54 per cent) and State Bank of India(up 1.15 per cent) were among the top gainers.

On the other hand, Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 3.42 per cent), Cipla Ltd.(down 2.43 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(down 1.91 per cent), Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 1.14 per cent) and UPL Ltd.(down 0.99 per cent) were among the top losers.
