    Jio Platforms, the parent firm of Reliance Jio, has received Rs 43,574 crore from Facebook-owned Jaadhu Holdings.
    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 51.5 points, or 0.48 per cent higher at 10,811.50, in signs that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Wednesday. Here are a few stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    YES Bank: The private lender said its capital raising committee (CRC) of the Board of Directors has approved raising funds by way of a further public offering (FPO). In an exchange filing late on Tuesday, the bank said the meeting of the CRC of the bank is scheduled to be held on or after July 10, to consider and approve the price band and discount, if any.

    GAIL, ONGC: CLSA has retained buy rating on GAIL and sell rating on ONGC as it believes volume growth, earnings surprise potential and return ratios are better for GAIL. The foreign brokerage has a target price of Rs 125 on GAIL and a target price of Rs 55 on ONGC.

    Tata Consultancy Services: TCS said it has expanded its decade-long partnership with Tryg, one of the largest non-life insurance companies in the Nordic region, to help the latter adopt a future-ready technology stack and IT operating model that will accelerate its digital transformation journey.

    Reliance Industries: Jio Platforms, the parent firm of Reliance Jio, has received Rs 43,574 crore from Facebook-owned Jaadhu Holdings, LLC for 9.99 per cent stake in the company, RIL said on Tuesday. The deal between Jio Platforms and Facebook was announced on April 22.

    GMR Infrastructure: The company said it has received Rs 4,565 crore as part of the second tranche payment following completion of a deal with France's Groupe ADP for the airport business. Under the transaction, which was first announced in February, the French group would acquire 49 per cent ownership in the airport business of the GMR Group.

    Unichem Laboratories : The drug firm said it has received approval from the US health regulator to market its Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride tablets used for relief of muscle spasm in the American market.

    L&T Finance Holdings: L&T Infrastructure Finance Company Ltd (LTIFCL) on Tuesday said it has received the first tranche of $50 million of the total $100-million ECB loan from the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

    Tata Chemicals: Even as Tata Chemicals Ltd (TCL) was impacted by the coronavirus-induced lockdown, the company took steps to ensure that the recovery is on track including manufacturing of salt and soda ash, the company said at its 81st annual general meeting on Tuesday.

    Dr Lal Pathlabs: MD Om Prakash Manchanda said the company has been judiciously working on enhancing its product mix, geographic mix and channel mix, which has resulted in reduced dependence on its dominant Delhi-NCR market.

    ICICI Bank: The country's second largest private sector lender has decided to reward over 80,000 of its frontline employees with a salary hike of up to 8 per cent, PTI said citing sources on Tuesday. These employees form over 80 per cent of its overall workforce and the decision has been taken in recognition of the services rendered during the coronavirus pandemic, the report said.

    Unichem Laboratories: Drug firm Unichem Laboratories on Tuesday said it has received approval from the US health regulator to market its Cyclobenzaprine Hydrochloride tablets used for relief of muscle spasm in the American market.

    Titan Company: Titan Company said it has reopened 83 per cent of its stores across all businesses as at the end of June.

    South Indian Bank: This lender is scheduled to announce its first quarter earnings on Wednesday.
