    DLF, NIIT and SRF: DLF, NIIT, PI industries, IL&FS Transport, SRF, Safari Industries, PNB Gilts, Igarashi Motors and TD Power are among a few companies which will announce their march quarter earnings today.

    Adani Enterprises: The Adani Group has told India’s state-run airport developer that it won’t be able to take possession of the three privatised airports in Ahmedabad, Lucknow and Mangaluru this calendar year due to the disruption caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.

    HDFC Life: UK’s Standard Life is looking to sell 4 crore shares in HDFC Life, the largest life insurer by market capitalisation, through block deals on Thursday to raise up to 1,960 crore, according to a term sheet issued by BofA Securities. HDFC , promoter of HDFC Life, sold 2.6 crore shares of the insurance company worth a little over Rs 1,274 crore through an open market transaction on Wednesday.

    Aurobindo Pharma: The drug maker reported a 45.07 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 848.99 crore for the quarter ended March 31, mainly on account of robust formulation sales in all markets.

    Tata Motors, Tata Power and Tata Steel: Ahead of a Tata Sons board meeting on Friday, chairman N Chandrasekaran is understood to be sharply recalibrating the group’s business strategy. Into his fourth year as chairman, Chandrasekaran is keen to find solutions to the problems facing the group’s money guzzlers such as Tata Steel Europe, Tata Motors-Jaguar Land Rover and Tata Power.     Reliance Industries:
    The oil-to-telecom major completed the nation's biggest-ever rights issue of Rs 53,124 crore after it closed with an oversubscription of nearly 1.6 times, the company said. Meanwhile, Facebook will acquire 9.9 per cent stake in Jio Platforms announced last month via a new entity -- Jaadhu Holdings LLC, as per regulatory documents.

    Steel Strips Wheels: The company said it has received orders worth 3.35 lakh euros for supply of over 8,000 wheels in the EU and US markets. The orders will be executed in June and July from its Chennai truck wheel plant, the company said in a regulatory filing.

    JSPL: Private sector steel maker reported a 9 per cent fall in consolidated crude steel production to 6.20 lakh tonne for May. The production had stood at 6.81 lakh tonne a year ago, it added.

    Tata Steel: The company said its committee of directors has approved raising Rs 400 crore through a debt issue. In a filing to the BSE, the company said the committee approved allotment of 4,000 non-convertible debentures having face value of Rs 10 lakh each on private placement basis to identified investors.

    NCL India: State-owned NLC India said it has raised Rs 1,200 crore by issuing commercial papers.
    The company has issued and allotted 24,000 number of commercial paper of face value of Rs 5,00,000 each aggregating to Rs 1,200 crore.

    Pharma stocks: New India’s drug pricing regulator on Tuesday capped the prices of 40 formulations, including statins and some other popular cardiovascular and diabetes drugs.

    Religare Enterprises: The company said it has raised Rs 300 crore by divesting stake in group firm Religare Health Insurance Company Ltd (RHICL) to Kedaara Capital. Consequent to the capital raising, the company said it has retired previous loan and has become completely external debt free.

    Coal India: The company reported 11.2 per cent decline in production at 41.43 million tonne in May.
    The company had produced 46.69 million tonne of coal in May 2019. In a statement the PSU said "CIL as whole produced 41.43 million tonne (MT) of coal in May 2020.

    GAIL: The state-owned company and Energy Efficiency Services (EESL) signed a memorandum of understanding on Wednesday for cooperation in development of tri-generation projects in India. Trigeneration or Combined Cooling, Heat and Power (CCHP) typically involves natural gas-fired generators to produce electricity.

    Bharti Infratel: Telecom infrastructure firm named Pooja Jain as chief financial officer of the company. The appointment is with effect from June 4, 2020, the company said in a regulatory filing.
