Corporate Radar: Sikko Industries to trade ex-bonus, Maruti, Vedanta, Tata Power Q2 results and more

There are a host of corporate actions and board meetings scheduled for Friday.

Shares of IIFL Wealth (Rs 17 per share), KPI Green (Re 0.25 per share) and Focus Business (Re 0.38 per share) shall trade ex-dividend today.

Shares of Sikko Industries will trade ex-bonus in respect of its bonus ratio of 1:2.

Further, as the earnings season is going on, a number of companies, including Astec Lifesciences, Blue Dart, CCL Products, Dr Reddy’s, Dwarikesh Sugar, Olectra Greentech, JSW Energy, Maruti Suzuki, Mangalore Refinery, NIIT, Vedanta and Tata Power among others will be releasing their quarterly results.

The board of Lancer Containers will meet to consider a stock split and Ozone World’s board on the other hand will meet to mull over the bonus issue.

Shree Ajit Pulp board will meet to deliberate rights issue, while Telesys’ board will meet for preferential issue of shares.
