Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE in today's trade

NEW DELHI: Shares of SecUR Credentials, Usha Martin, Network People Services Technologies Ltd., Ascom Leasing & Inve and Gretex Industries, hit their fresh 52-week highs during Monday's trade on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty closed 207.8 points up at 18014.6 amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

However, stocks such as Blue Chip India, Abans Holdings Ltd., Quintegra Sol, All E Technologies Ltd. and Sintex Inds., touched their fresh 52-week lows.

Overall, 38 shares ended in the green in Nifty50 index, while 11 closed in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, SBI, Hindalco, Tata Steel and Coal India Ltd were among top gainers during the day, while Cipla, Divis Labs, Dr. Reddys, Nestle India and Tata Consumer ended in the red.

The BSE Sensex closed 721.13 points up at 60566.42.

Traders piled up positions in IT - Hardware, Cables, Defence, Industrial Equipment and Agro Processing sectors, while selling was witnessed in Learning & Education, IT Enabled Services, NBFC, Services and Glass sectors during the day.
