Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week lows on NSE

NEW DELHI: Birla Tyres, IMP Powers Ltd, Melstar Info, Karda Const and Alembic Pharma and others were among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows as of 10:09AM(IST)in Friday's session.

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty gained 46.4 points to 17428.4, while the BSE Sensex traded 181.89 points up at 58480.69.

On the other hand, Rama Phosphates, Kotyark Industries Ltd., Himadri Speciality, Fineotex Chem and Axita Cotton stocks hit their fresh 52-week highs today.

In the Nifty 50 index, UltraTech Cem., Grasim Inds., Bharti Airtel, ICICI Bank and Divis Labs were among the top gainers on the NSE.

Hindalco, RIL, Hero MotoCorp, Cipla and Maruti Suzuki were among the top losers.
