    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 12.5 points, or 0.07 per cent lower at 17,676, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a flat start on Friday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    LIC, Grasim, ONGC: Life Insurance Corporation of India, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, Grasim Industries, Info Edge, Divi's Laboratories, Hindustan Aeronautics, Hero Motocorp, Muthoot Finance, Astral, Power Finance Corporation, Timken India, Zee Entertainment and Sun TV are among the companies that will announce their earnings for the quarter ended June 2022.

    Apollo Hospitals Enterprise: THe healthcare chain reported a 35.33 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 323.78 crore in the first quarter of FY23 amid higher expenses and marginal revenue growth. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 500.68 crore in the same period last fiscal.

    One97 Communication: Institutional Investor Advisory Services India (IIAS) has advised shareholders of Paytm parent firm to vote against the reappointment of Vijay Shekhar Sharma as its chief executive as well as against his remuneration.

    Bata India: The footwear maker reported a 71.82 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 119.37 crore for the first quarter of FY23 as the shoemaker achieved the 'highest ever quarterly sales'. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 69.47 crore in the April-June quarter a year ago.

    Balaji Amines: A subsidiary of the company- Balaji Speciality Chemicals- has filed a draft red herring prospectus with the Sebi for fund raising via initial public offering. The offer consists of a fresh issue of equity shares worth Rs 250 crore and an offer for sale of 2.6 crore shares by certain existing and eligible shareholders.

    Trent: The Tata group retail firm reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 114.93 crore in the first quarter of the current financial year. The company had posted a net loss of Rs 138.29 crore in the April-June quarter a year ago.

    Aurobindo Pharma: The pharmaceutical company said its consolidated net profit for the quarter ended June 30 was down by 32.4 per cent to Rs 520.5 crore compared to Rs 770 in the first quarter of the last fiscal. Revenues from operations were up by 9.4 per cent to Rs 6,236 crore during the quarter under discussion.

    KNR Constructions:
    The construction and engineering firm registered a 20.3 per cet year-on-year decline in consolidated profit at Rs 89.61 crore for the quarter ended June FY23, impacted by tepid growth in operating income and higher raw material cost.

    Page Industries:
    The apparel manufacturer reported a multi-fold increase in its net profit at Rs 207.03 crore for the quarter ended June 2022. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 10.94 crore during the April-June period a year ago.

    Godrej Properties: The realty firm plans to launch a new luxury housing project in Delhi's Ashok Vihar this year, which has a potential to generate about Rs 8,000 crore sales revenue. Mumbai-based company is waiting for some pending government approvals to launch this 27-acre luxury residential project in Delhi-NCR.

    Oil India: The nation's second-largest state explorer reported a tripling of its net profit in the June quarter on record oil and gas price realization. Its net profit was Rs 1,555.46 crore in April-June compared to Rs 507.94 crore.

    Greaves Cotton:
    The diversified engineering company reported a consolidated Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 15.94 crore in the April-June quarter of FY23. The company had posted a loss of Rs 22.48 crore in the corresponding period of previous fiscal.

    Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy: The construction firm Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Private Limited has proposed to offload the 1.25 per cent or 23.71 lakh equity shares it holds in the green energy company via offer for sale. The floor price of the offer shall be Rs 270 per equity share of the company.

    Newgen Software Technology:
    Two entities - PGIM India Mutual Fund and Abu Dhabi Investment Authority - offloaded shares of the IT player worth Rs 45 crore through open market transactions as they sold a total of 12.20 lakh shares at an average price of Rs 370 per share, as per NSE's bulk deal data.

    KSB: The compressors and pumps firm reported a 74.3 per cent year-on-year increase in consolidated profit at Rs 47.40 crore in the quarter ended June FY23, driven by higher top line, operating income and other income. Low base in Q1FY22 also supported earnings.

    Garden Reach Shipbuilders & Engineers: The PSU shipping company recorded a 144 per cent year-on-year rise in profit at Rs 50.18 crore for the quarter ended June FY23, supported by higher top line and operating income.

    Aster DM Healthcare: The healthcare firm reported a 35 percent year-on-year increase in consolidated profit at Rs 79.77 crore in the quarter ended June FY23, driven by operating performance, other income and top line.

    Sunteck Realty:
    The real estate company reported a more than 7 fold year-on-year increase in consolidated profit at Rs 24.94 crore for the quarter ended June FY23, driven by low base. The Q1FY22 earnings were affected by the second Covid wave.

    Shilpa Medicare: The pharma and drug player reported a 47 per cent year-on-year decline in consolidated profit at Rs 0.85 crore for the quarter ended June FY23, impacted by weak operating performance. Revenue rose by 10 per cent to Rs 261.15 crore.

    Healthcare Global Enterprises: The Bengaluru-based healthcare provider, which specializes in cancer care, reported a consolidated profit of Rs 2 crore for the first quarter ended June 2022. The hospital player had posted a net loss of Rs 12.52 crore in the June quarter of previous fiscal.

    Puravankara:
    The realty firm reported a 78 per cent decline in its consolidated net profit at Rs 34.44 crore for the three months to June 2022, mainly due to one-off gains in the year-ago quarter. Its profit stood at Rs 154.15 crore in Q1 FY22.

    NDR Auto Components:
    The auto parts manufacturer reported a 73 per cent rise in the net profit to Rs 4.12 crore in the June 2022 quarter, as compared to a net profit of Rs 2.38 crore in the same quarter previous year. Revenues of the company gained 41 per cent to Rs 64.09 crore.

    Shri Keshav Cement & Infra: The cement and related product company reported a more than 400 per cent rise in the net profit to Rs 26.45 crore in the quarter ended on June 2022 quarter, compared a net profit of Rs 5.19 crore in the same quarter previous year.

    Prevest Denpro: The dental products manufacturer reported a 50 per cent rise on a sequentially basis in the net profit to Rs 3.68 crore in the June 2022 quarter as compared to a net profit of Rs 2.46 crore the same quarter previous year. Revenue rose 27.4 per cent to Rs 12.98 crore.
