Getty ImagesNEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Tuesday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Sellwin Traders Ltd.(13.86%), NACL Industries (13.76%), Joindre Capital(13.2%), Cargosol Logistics Ltd.(11.98%) and DC Infotech(10.0%).
The 30-share Sensex traded 107.82 points down at 59723.84, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 24.0 points to 17706.75.
In the Nifty 50 index, 19 stocks traded in the green, while 30 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Cargosol Logistics Ltd., DC Infotech, Tips Films Ltd., D-Link(India)and South Indian Bnk hit their fresh 52-week high, while Shubham Polyspin, Tatia Global, Union Quality, Marsons Ltd and Piramal Pharma Ltd. touched their new 52-week low in trade.
