    Stocks in buzz: Hindustan Coppers, M&M, Gabriel India, HealthCare Global, Tata Motors, Wipro, HG Infra, Fineotex Chemical, JSW Energy & more
    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded merely 14.5 points, or 0.08 per cent higher at 17,548, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a flat start on Thursday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Adani Transmission: The Adani Group firm said it has received a letter of intent for acquisition of MP Power Transmission Package-II for Rs 1,200 crore. It won the project through Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) process and received the letter of intent.

    Axis Bank: The private lender said its board of directors has approved to reclassify The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd (OICL) from promoter category to public category shareholder. The bank said it received a request from OICL dated September 7, 2021, holding a 0.16 per cent stake in the bank, to reclassify it from promoter to public shareholder.

    Hindustan Copper: The government will sell 5 per cent of its stake in state-owned Hindustan Copper through an offer for sale (OFS) this week, according to a regulatory filing. The OFS will take place on Thursday and Friday through a separate, designated window of the BSE and NSE, Hindustan Copper said.

    Mahindra & Mahindra: Mahindra group's Truck and Bus Division announced the commercial launch of the all-new New Furio 7 range of light commercial trucks with a price starting at Rs 14.79 lakh.

    Tata Motors: The homegrown automaker said it has launched its first electric sedan under XPRES brand – the XPRES-T EV, exclusively for fleet customers, with a price starting at Rs 9.54 lakh. The sedan would come in two trims -- XpresT 165 and XpresT 213, with a range of 165 km and 213 km, respectively.

    Lupin: The drug firm said it has launched generic Duexis tablets used to treat the symptoms of rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis in the US market. The company has launched an authorised generic version of Horizon Medicines LLC's Duexis.

    Infosys: The markets regulator Sebi confirmed its directions passed earlier against certain entities to bar them from the capital markets for allegedly indulging in insider trading in Infosys.

    Auto Stocks: The Centre approved a PLI scheme for the auto sector, especially focusing on environment-friendly automobiles such as electric vehicles (EVs). The over Rs 25,000 crore scheme is likely to boost production of components as well as give a push to the sector.

    Telcos: The telecom services providers like Airtel, Vodafone and Jio will be in focus after the government announced nine structural reforms and five process reforms for the sectors, approved by the cabinet. These reforms will change the framework of the entire telecom sector.

    Gabriel India: HDFC Asset Management Company acquired 2.02 per cent stake in the company via open market transaction on September 14, increasing shareholding to 7.04 per cent.

    HealthCare Global Enterprises:
    Care has upgraded rating for the bank facilities of HealthCare Global Enterprises to A/Stable from A-/Stable.

    HG Infra Engineering: The company has received the letter of award from National Highways Authority of India for two HAM projects.

    Wipro: The company received multi-year IT managed services contract from Kuala Lumpur- headquartered Maxis Broadband Sdn Bhd, a leading converged solutions provider.

    Fineotex Chemical: The company has entered into a strategic collaboration with Eurodye-CTC, Belgium, to commercialize specialty chemicals for the Indian market.

    JSW Energy: JSW Renew Energy Two Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Energy, has signed Power Purchase Agreements with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) for the cumulative contracted capacity of 450 MW awarded against Tariff based Competitive bid invited by SECI.

    Embassy Office Parks REIT: The global fund Blackstone has sold about 5.7 crore units in REIT for over Rs 2,000 crore as part of its strategy to monetise part of its investment. Embassy Office Parks REIT is the country's first real estate investment trust (REIT), sponsored by realty firm Embassy group and Blackstone.
