NSE-BSE bulk deals: Welspun Master Trust buys stake in Welspun Enterprises

MUMBAI: Welspun Group Master Trust bought 4.1 million shares of Welspun Enterprises at Rs 120 on Tuesday through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

Prior to the acquisition today, Welspun Master Trust held 45.22 per cent stake in the company, as per the December shareholding data.

Shares of Welspun Enterprises ended 1.2 per cent higher at Rs 118.75 on the NSE.

Both the NSE and BSE had not put out the block deals data for the day on their respective websites at the time of publishing this story.
