    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 41 points, or 0.26 per cent higher at 16,101, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a positive start on Wednesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    MindTree, Tata Metaliks
    : MindTree, Tata Metaliks, Premier Polyfilms, International Travel House, Gujarat Hotels and Ramasigns Industries are among the company that will announce their quarterly earning for the quarter ended June 2022.

    HCL Technologies:
    The IT services company reported a 2.4 per cent year-on-year rise in its consolidated net profit for the three months ended June 2022 at Rs 3,283 crore. The revenue of the Noida-headquartered firm stood at Rs 23,464 crore, nearly 17 per cent higher than the year-ago period.

    Axis Bank: The private lender said Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has approved the reappointment of Rakesh Makhija as the Non-Executive Chairman till October 2023. RBI vide its letter dated July 12, has approved the re-appointment of Makhija as the Non-Executive (Part Time) Chairman of the bank, with effect from July 18 up to October 26.

    Vodafone Idea:
    The telecom operator which operates under Vi brand, has introduced course materials for Agniveer exams that will be conducted by Indian defence forces this year.

    Sterling and Wilson Renewable Energy: The renewable energy firm reported widening of its consolidated net loss to Rs 355.99 crore for the quarter ended June 30, mainly on account of increased input costs. The company had clocked a net loss of Rs 76.02 crore during the April-June period of 2021-22 financial year (FY).

    NMDC: The country's largest iron ore producer has slashed the prices of lump ore and fines by Rs 500 a tonne each. The prices were effective from Tuesday, the company which is also the largest seller of the mineral.

    Anand Rathi Wealth: The leading non-bank wealth solutions company reported 33.6 per cent jump in profit after tax at Rs 39.7 crore for three months ended June 2022. In comparison, the company had posted a Profit After Tax (PAT) of Rs 29.7 crore in the same quarter preceding fiscal.

    Delta Corp: The casino and gaming company returned to black and reported a net profit of 53.17 crore in the quarter ended June 2022, thanks to a manifold jump in the revenue of the company. It had reported a net loss of Rs 28.93 crore in the same period previous year.

    Max Ventures and Industries: The holding company received a no objection letter from BSE and National Stock Exchange of India for the merger between the firm and Max Estates

    Care Ratings:
    The rating agency said that the company's board of directors on July 20 will consider a proposal of buyback of equity shares.

    UCO Bank: The state-owned lender has received shareholders' approval to raise equity capital by way of issuing up to 100 crore shares. The bank would raise equity capital at appropriate time in the current fiscal to support growth.

    SJVN: The state-owned power utility firm entered into a pact with Solarworld Energy Solutions to build two solar power projects in Uttar Pradesh for Rs 690.75 crore, which will have the total generation capacity of 125 MW..

    Shilpa Medicare: The pharma company has received a GMP (good manufacturing practice) certificate from the UK regulator for its Bengaluru Unit VI. The facility is involved in manufacturing and testing of specialised dosage forms.

    Axiscades Technologies: The microcap IT firm has terminated a joint venture agreement with France-based Assystem Engineering and Operation Services SAS, with mutual consent. It had signed the agreement in April 2018 with Assystem Engineering and Operation Services SAS to carry out engineering activities.
