    Sensex rises! These stocks are up over 10% on BSE

    In the Nifty 50 index, 36 stocks were trading in the green, while 14 stocks were trading in the red.

    NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the green on Tuesday amid buying in frontline bluechip counters.

    Stocks that rallied over 10% included, KIOCL(12.94%), Bhandari Hosiery(11.59%), Nila Infra(11.51%), Swan Energy(10.89%), Bharat Immuno(10.58%) and Tide Water Oil(10.03%).

    The 30-share Sensex traded 325.46 points up at 62830.26, while the 50-share Nifty index rose 94.3 points to 18657.05.

    In the Nifty 50 index, 36 stocks traded in the green, while 14 stocks were in the red.

    Stocks such as SBC Exports, Axita Cotton, Aditya Birla Cap., West Leisure Resort and Bemco Hydraulic hit their fresh 52-week high, while Laurus Labs, Jointeca Edu, Dhruv Wellness, Pan India Corp and Jayatma Enterprises touched their new 52-week low in trade.
