Corporate Radar: SAIL to turn ex-dividend; DRL, PNB Q1 results; Bajaj Finserv AGM, and more

NEW DELHI: A host of board meetings and corporate actions are scheduled for Thursday.

Shares of Akzo Nobel India (Rs 35 per share), Amara Raja Batteries (Re 0.5 per share), AU Small Finance Bank (Re 0.5 per share), Automotive Axles (Rs 15 per share), Bajaj Electricals (Rs 3 per share), D-Link (Rs 3 per share), eMudhra (Rs 1.25 per share), Fineotex Chemical (Re 0.4 per share), Global Education (Re 1 per share), ICICI Lombard (Rs 5 per share), ICRA (Rs 28 per share), Kaycee Industries (Rs 50 per share), Mukand (Rs 1.5 per share), Nesco (Rs 3 per share), Rossell India (Re 0.3 per share), Steel Authority Of India (Rs 2.25 per share), SRF (Rs 3.6 per share), Zydus Lifesciences (Rs 2.5 per share) and Sobha (Rs 3 per share) are among the companies which will go ex-dividend today.

Shares of Osiajee Texfab (Re 0.1 per share), SRF (Rs 3.6 per share) and Ramkrishna Forgings (Re 0.2 per share) had announced their interim dividends.

Bajaj Finserv, Nestle India, SBI Life Insurance Company, Vedanta, SBI Cards, Shree Cement, Dr Reddy's Laboratories, Punjab National Bank, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services and Jubilant FoodWorks are among companies that will announce their quarterly earnings today.

Shares of Tata Steel will go ex-split today. The company had announced splitting shares into face value of Re 1 from the face value of Rs 10.

Bajaj Finserv, Bajaj Holdings & Investment, Colgate-Palmolive, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, V-Guard Industries, Minda Corporation, NOCIL, Dollar Industries, Allied Digital Services, Timex Group India, Swelect Energy Systems, Goa Carbons, Bafna Pharmaceuticals and GPT Infraprojects will have their annual general meetings (AGM) today.

The board of Bajaj Finserv will meet today to consider bonus issue & stock split while the board of Patel Engineering will meet today to consider the preferential issue of shares. Sanmit Infra's board will also meet to consider a stock split.

Thursday is the record date for dividends by TTK Healthcare, Steelcast, Simplex Realty, Nelcast and Transport Corporation Of India among others.

Shares of TTK Healthcare (Rs 10 per share), Steelcast (Rs 1.8 per share), Simplex Realty (Re 1 per share), Nelcast (Re 0.3 per share) and Transport Corporation Of India (Rs 2 per share) had announced final dividend. The stocks went ex-dividend on Tuesday.
