NSE-BSE bulk deals: Max Ventures trims stake in Max Healthcare

NEW DELHI: Among key bulk deals on Friday, Analjit Singh and Max Ventures Holdings trimmed its stakes in Max Healthcare, and Alpha Leon Enterprises sold over 6 lakh shares in Max India.

After six hours of lacklustre trading, the bulls managed to eke out gains and extended their winning-run to the second day. The 30-share pack Sensex climbed 14 points or 0.04 per cent to 38,855. Its broader peer NSE Nifty rose 15 points or 0.13 per cent to 11,464.

Here’s who bought and sold what in some of the key bulk and block deals of the day:
>> Analjit Singh and Max Ventures Holdings sold 5,818,021 shares and 40,750,158 shares of Max Healthcare, respectively, while WF Reconnaissance Fund and Smallcap World Fund bought 7,700,000 shares and 23,777,803 shares of the company, respectively.

>> Aditi Jain sold 20,000 shares of Chandra Prabhu International at Rs 12.81 each.

>> Alpha Leon Enterprises sold a net 6,00,001 shares of Max India at Rs 56.16 per share.

>> Karuna Business Solutions bought 6,00,000 shares of Strides Pharma from Shankarlal Devendra at Rs 665.40 per share.

>>Eaugu Udyog sold 2,15,000 shares of Hazoor Multi Projects and Keemtee Financial Services bought 2,12,700 shares of the firm at Re 0.48.
