    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 103 points, or 0.64 per cent lower at 16,108, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a negative start on Wednesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Adani Ports, PNB, Relaxo: Adani Ports, Punjab National Bank, Petronet LNG Relaxo Footwears, Indian Bank, SKF India, BSE, Mangalore Refinery & Petrochem, Cholamandalam Financial Holdings, Balaji Amines, Lakshmi Machine Works, Birla Corporational and Kalyan Jewellers are among the companies which will announce their earnings today.

    Cipla:
    The drug major said its consolidated profit after tax declined by 12 per cent to Rs 362 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2022. The Mumbai-based company had posted a PAT of Rs 413 crore in the January-March quarter of 2020-21 fiscal.

    Wipro:
    The IT services company has extended its strategic agreement with Crédit Agricole CIB, the corporate and investment bank division of Crédit Agricole Group, to support its IT infrastructure transformation.

    ICICI Bank:
    Merrill Lynch India Equities Fund Mauritius sold 4.80 lakh shares of the private lender worth Rs 34 crore through an open market transaction said the bulk deal data. However, BlackRock Global Funds India Fund picked up the same amount of shares at the same price.

    Vodafone Idea: The Telecom operator reported narrowing of its consolidated losses to Rs 6,563.1 crore for the fourth quarter ended March compared to same period of the previous year, while its realisation per user or ARPU improved sharply on a sequential basis aided by November tariff hikes. VIL's losses were at Rs 7,022.8 crore a year ago.

    Torrent Power: The power firm reported a consolidated net loss of Rs 487.37 crore in the March quarter due to provision for an impairment loss of Rs 1,300 crore. The company had reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 398.10 crore in the year-ago period.

    Kansai Nerolac Paints: The paint manufacturer reported a decline of 84.49 per cent in its consolidated net profit at Rs 19.17 crore for the fourth quarter ended March. The company had posted a net profit of Rs 123.62 crore in the January-March quarter a year ago.

    Welspun India: The home textiles major reported a 61.85 per cent decline in consolidated net profit at Rs 51.25 crore in the fourth quarter ended March. The company had posted a consolidated net profit of Rs 134.34 crore in the same quarter of previous fiscal.

    Polycab India:
    The wires and cables manufacturer reported a 20 per cent year-on-year rise in net profit to Rs 325.33 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 31. The company's net profit was Rs 271.06 crore in the year-ago quarter.

    Max Financial Services: The NBFC reported a two-fold jump in consolidated net profit at Rs 144 crore for the last quarter of 2021-22. The company had logged a net profit of Rs 70 crore in the same period a year ago.

    Ajanta Pharma: The drug firm said its consolidated profit after tax declined by 5 per cent to Rs 151 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2022. The drug firm had reported a consolidated PAT of Rs 159 crore in the January-March quarter of 2020-21 fiscal.

    Chalet Hotels:
    The hotel chain reported a narrowing of consolidated net loss at Rs 11.45 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 2022. The company had posted a consolidated net loss of Rs 25.98 crore in the same quarter of the preceding fiscal.

    Orient Electric: The CK Birla group firm reported 22.16 per cent decline in net profit at Rs 48.78 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2022. It had posted a net profit of Rs 62.67 crore for the year-ago period.

    TD Power Systems: The engineering services company posted over 60 per cent rise in consolidated net profit at Rs 24.66 crore for March quarter 2021-22 mainly on the back of higher revenue. Consolidated net profit in the year-ago period was Rs 15.37 crore.

    Wardwizard Innovations & Mobility:
    The electric vehicle maker has reported an over four-fold increase in its Profit After Tax (PAT) at Rs 3.28 crore for the quarter ended March. The Vadodara-based firm had posted a PAT of Rs 69.26 lakh in Q4FY21.

    EPL: The packaging company reported a 14.2 per cent decline in consolidated profit at Rs 50.1 crore in the quarter ended March 2022 impacted by higher input costs. Revenue grew by 8.6 per cent to Rs 880.2 crore during the same period.
