Sensex falls! But these stocks are up over 10% on BSE

NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Wednesday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Tracxn Technologies Ltd.(14.94%), Delta Manufacturing(13.41%), Cineline India(12.36%), Prudent Corporate Advisory Services Ltd.(10.58%), Shervani Ind(10.44%), NCL Research(10.2%), OrissaBengalCarrier(10.16%), DC Infotech(10.0%) and Ravalgaon Sugar(10.0%).

The 30-share Sensex traded 97.11 points down at 61024.24, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 27.1 points to 18118.3.

In the Nifty 50 index, 21 stocks traded in the green, while 29 stocks were in the red.

Stocks such as Karnataka Bank, Ravalgaon Sugar, AXISCADES Engineeri, Telesys Info-Infra(I)Ltd. and Khemani Dist hit their fresh 52-week high, while PrismxGlobalVent, SREI Infra Fin, Tatia Global, Future Retail and Rel Capital touched their new 52-week low in trade.
