ReutersNEW DELHI: YES Bank(Rs. 2609.64 crore), Bank of Baroda(Rs. 1896.89 crore), RIL(Rs. 1534.64 crore), Infosys(Rs. 1404.50 crore), PNB(Rs. 1398.43 crore), HCL Tech(Rs. 1286.79 crore), PayTM(Rs. 1100.62 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 973.14 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 890.28 crore) and Adani Ent.(Rs. 856.24 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Friday's session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 112.75 points down at 18496.6, while BSE Sensex fell 389.01 points to 62181.67.
In the Nifty index, Nestle India Ltd.(up 2.20 per cent), Titan Company Ltd.(up 1.24 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(up 1.23 per cent), Dr. Reddy's Laboratories Ltd.(up 1.17 per cent) and Eicher Motors Ltd.(up 1.08 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 6.71 per cent), Tech Mahindra Ltd.(down 3.62 per cent), Infosys Ltd.(down 3.14 per cent), Wipro Ltd.(down 2.39 per cent) and Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 1.87 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
