    Nifty futures on the Singapore Exchange traded 43.5 points, or 0.25 per cent lower at 17,184.5, signaling that Dalal Street was headed for a negative start on Tuesday. Here are a dozen stocks which may buzz the most in today's trade:

    Delta Corp, GM Breweries:
    Delta Corp, GM Breweries, Trident Texofab, Supreme Infrastructure, Gujarat Hotels and Choksi Imaging are among the companies that will announce their results for September 2022 quarter today.

    TCS: The largest IT services exporter reported an 8.4 per cent growth in its September quarter net profit at Rs 10,431 crore, crimped by a dent on margins. The reporting quarter saw an 18 per cent jump in revenues to Rs 55,309 crore as against Rs 46,867 crore in the year-ago period.

    Axis Bank: GVK Power & Infrastructure said that the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) Hyderabad bench has admitted an insolvency proceeding petition filed by Axis Bank against its arm GVK Power (Goindwal Sahib).

    Infosys: The IT major said its board would decide on a proposal for share buyback. The board of the company will consider a proposal for buyback of fully paid-up equity shares of the company at its meeting to be held on October 13, 2022.

    Bajaj Auto: The two-wheeler maker said it has bought back over 64 lakh shares from public shareholders for Rs 2,499.97 crore under its share buyback exercise. The company, which had commenced the share buyback on July 4, 2022, said its Buyback Committee at its meeting held on Monday approved the completion and closure of the exercise.

    Adani Ports and Special Economic Zones: The port operator firm said it has received approvals from NCLT Ahmedabad and NCLT Hyderabad for acquiring the remaining 58.1 per cent stake in Gangavaram Port (GPL) through the composite scheme of arrangement. With the acquisition of the remaining 58.1 per cent stake, APSEZ will own 100 per cent in GPL.

    Adani Green Energy: Inox Wind said its arm Inox Green Energy has sold its entire equity stake in three special purpose vehicles to the Adani firm. Inox Wind, through its subsidiary arm, Inox Green Energy Services has sold the entire equity shareholding held in Wind One Renergy, Wind Three Energy and Wind Five Renergy, to Adani Green Energy.

    AU Small Finance Bank: The private lender re-appointed former head of National Housing Bank (NHB) R V Verma as its non-executive chairman. The decision was taken at its board meeting held on Monday. The appointment is subject to the approval of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).

    India Cement: The cement player said it has entered into a pact to sell its entire stake in Springway Mining Private Limited (SMPL) to JSW Cement for a total consideration of Rs 476.87 crore. SMPL owns limestone-bearing land at Panna district and is in the process of setting up a cement plant at Damoh district in Madhya Pradesh.

    IDBI Bank:
    The LIC and government owned lender said it has entered into a tie-up with Vay Network Services as its fintech partner to provide digital supply chain financing to MSMEs. Vay Network is a supply chain financing platform connecting the buyer, seller and a lending institution under one roof.

    JTL Infra: The metal player will be in focus as the company clocked a 56.5 per cent growth year-on-year in consolidated profit at Rs 20.27 crore for the September FY23 quarter, backed by strong operating performance. Consolidated revenue for the quarter grew by 14 per cent YoY to Rs 299.9 crore.

    Panacea Biotec: The biotechnology firm said it has bagged a long-term supply order worth $127.3 million (Rs 1,040 crore) from UNICEF and Pan American Health Organisation for supply of its pentavalent vaccine Easyfive-TT. The order from UNICEF is worth $98.755 million (about Rs 813 crore) for supply of 99.7 million doses during calendar years 2023-2027.

    Vikas Lifecare:
    The trading and distribution player, in order to extend its retail footprint at a pan India level, has acquired a 30 percent stake in 'Ardh Sainik Canteens' from its existing shareholders in an all cash deal for a consideration of Rs 15 crore. Vikas Lifecare will own 30 percent stake and the deal is likely to be executed completely by March 28, 2023.

    Excel Realty N Infra:
    The microcap player reported a xx per cent rise in the net profit to Rs 0.7 crore in the September 2022 quarter, compared to a net loss of Rs 0.22 crore in the same quarter previous year. The company reported a 63 per cent rise in revenue to Rs 2.31 crore.
