Indifi Technologies appoints Sujit Bose as head of HR

MSME digital lending platform Indifi Technologies has brought on board Sujit Bose as head of human resource, said a statement issued today.
He will work on creating an efficient organisation with a compelling employee value proposition and continue to drive a value-based and merit-oriented culture with an emphasis on scalability.

The company has announced its plans for strengthening the team by hiring for multiple roles in the next 12 months, and has crossed Rs. 900 crore AUM, looking to grow by 100% in FY23.

Bose brings with him experience of more than 20 years in HR and adds value in the areas of talent management, total rewards and employee engagement as part of overall functional delivery. Over the years, he has worked closely with diverse companies like Gourmet Investments, Vistara (Airlines), Tata Teleservices, Quatrro, Wipro BPO, and Countrywide Financial Services.

The Gurgaon-based fintech firm has disbursed more than 48,000 loans across 600+ cities.
