North bound journey continues on Realty stocks on hope of improve demand on account of benefit on soft interest rate and buying interest by foreign players. After the Phoenix Mills deal yesterday with Singapore Fund, L&T says that its Realty Arm gets 300 interest from Home Buyers. Larsen & Toubro has launched North Towers at its unique residential project - Seawoods Residences in Navi Mumbai. The project has drawn strong interest from homebuyers with over 300 expression of interest received within the first two weeks. Market expectation that the demand will be back on account of improved strong demand. Expects positive for Godrej Properties, Sobha, Oberoi Realty, Bridge.
