Upper Circuit for Reliance Industries Limited (RIL)?
Here's why:
Two major acquisitions for Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) owned Reliance New Energy Solar:
1. 100% acquisition of REC a Singapore firm with over hundreds of patents in the field, cutting edge technology.
2. 15% stake in Wilson and Sterling (and subsequently upto 40% by preferential allotment).
In mh to assessment both these acquisirons are crucial stepping stones to Reliance's ambitious Solar energy expansion plans.
I am going for RIL tomorrow, upper circuit is my strong intuition
