Yesterday, my little daughter was watching Ramayan.
And I was wondering what financial gyaan can you get from Ramayan?
1️⃣ Never get lured by the golden deer (promise of very high to the moon returns on your investments). You need to draw your ‘Laxman Rekha’ and never take loans to get such unexpected returns.
2️⃣ You can achieve great financial results even with small continuous efforts. You can build your Ram Setu (portfolio) by starting investing with mutual funds SIPs.
3️⃣ You need to build an army (well-diversified portfolio) like Lord Ram to fight against Ravan (financial challenges). You can not just rely on FD or fixed-return instruments.
4️⃣ If identifying a multi-bagger stock (Sanjeevani) is tough for you to build wealth, pick up the entire hill (index mutual funds) like Hanuman.
5️⃣ Do not let your ego take over your intelligence like Ravan. Do not keep holding loss-making investments because of your ego. Loss-booking is an art.
Which lesson did you love the most? Or what else can you learn from Ramayan?
