India’s largest two-wheeler maker sold 514,509 motorycles and scooters in July 2020—indicating a sequential growth of 14%.
Wholesale dispatches reached more than 95% of July 2019 numbers, thanks to “strong retail sales due to the positive market demand”.
Motorcycle sales fell 2.37% year-on-year to 478,666 units.
Scooter sales fell 21.65% year-on-year to 35,843 units.
Two-wheeler exports fell 69.04% year-on-year 7,563 units.

The company’s automotive division had sold 19,358 vehicles in June 2020 and 40,142 vehicles in July 2019.
