Fed didn't Raise Interest rates but indicated at rise from March which led to Selloff globally and hence our index also will open Gap Down. Tuesdays bottom near 16800 16850 Important expect a bounce from here. Also short covering can be seen in second half due to monthly expiry. Still remain light and selective.
