KDDL has acquired 50,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs 10 each at
a price of Rs 250 per share from the existing shareholders of Ethos I
Limited. Post the above acquisition, KDDLs stake in Ethos Limited
has increased from 74.8% to 75.08%
