FINANCIALS 📊
• Net debt for Vodafone Idea stood at INR 1,96,420 Cr in Q4FY22 compared with INR 1,97,480 Cr in the Q4FY22
• Reported net losses during Q4FY22, INR 6,563.10 Cr, from INR 7,022.8 Cr in Q4FY21
• Revenue rose to INR 10,271.8 Cr in Q4FY22, up 6.46% from INR 9,647.8 Cr in the Q4FY2
• The telecom operator's ARPU at INR 124 was up 7.8% QoQ, aided by tariff hikes. It was, however, less than estimated. The growth in ARPU was lower than Jio's 10.6% during the same period

HIGHLIGHTS 📣
• Vodafone's subscriber loss continued at 34 lakh to 24.38 Cr. Subscriber loss stood at 58 lakh. Gross additions improved to 49 lakh against 26 lakh sequentially. Churn stood at 3.4%
• Government relief - option of conversion of dues into equity - ensures survival, the company needs to raise capital as early as possible to stay competitive
• Subscriber churn also needs to be controlled while the network spends lags vis-à-vis peers
• Presently, the company has a market share of 27% and revenue share of 24% in the telecom market in India
• The market share fell from 40% to 27% since the merger of both Vodafone and Idea in 2018.

TECHNICAL ANALYSIS 📈
• Head and Shoulder pattern has been formed, which indicates a bearish movement in the stock
• After a bullish trend in the first shoulder, the price rises to a peak and subsequently declines to form a trough. The price rises again to higher levels than the initial peak and declines again. The price rises a third time, but only to the level of the first peak, before declining once more.
• Finally, it broke the neckline and fell further which indicates the stock is going to fall further
