Details This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 29 (1) (d) and other applicable provision of SEBI Listing Regulations, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 6th July, 2021 to inter-alia consider and approve following business:a. Proposal to raise funds by issuance of securities i.e. Equity and /or unsecured compulsorily convertible debentures and/ or warrants and / or other securities of the Company on a preferential basis subject to approval of members of the Company and in accordance with the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable rules, regulations and guidelines. b. Proposal to seek shareholder s approval on aforesaid matter by calling an Extraordinary General Meeting.
