we chat with our follower's on regular basis and sometime the chat history gets so long that we need to scroll and scroll a lot to find what we had discussed in past. (attached one example had to search till 6th march 2020 so much scroll.... it got me breathless ...lol)
Hence if we can download the chat history it will become convenient to go through the past history (for both) and also it will be available offline so no need to go online and check again and again.
