DCB Bank Q1 Net Profit may dip 10.5% YoY to Rs. 70 cr: HDFC Securities
Net Interest Income (NII) is expected to increase by 4.5 percent Y-o-Y (down 1.6 percent Q-o-Q) to Rs. 320 crore, according to HDFC Securities.

DCB Bank plans to raise up to Rs 1,000 cr via equity, debt instruments
The bank plans to raise up to Rs 500 crore by issue of equity shares to qualified institutional buyers through qualified institutional placement, and an equal amount is slated to be raised by issuing bonds, debentures or securities on a private placement basis, DCB Bank said in the annual report 2019-20.

Neutral on DCB Bank, target price Rs 85: Motilal Oswal
The brokerage remains watchful of asset quality as the bank has a high proportion of the book under moratorium and borrowers would require more time to recuperate from the Covid-19 crisis.
