Biden: Oil price cap talks are still in play
United States President Joe Biden confirmed on Thursday that talks on setting an upper limit to the price of Russian oil are still "in play."
He told reporters in Nantucket, Massachusetts, that he discussed the matter with US Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen.
At the same time, The Wall Street Journal reported that European Union-level negotiations about the same issue ended without an agreement for the second straight day and that they will continue tomorrow.
