Listed on 17 th May 2022, LIC was the biggest IPO by the Issue size in India with an issue of Rs.21008.48 Cr💰. The government 🏦of India sold its 3.5% stake in the financial markets. IPO listed at discount of📉 8.62% at Rs.867.20 on BSE and 8.8%📉 discount at Rs.872 on NSE. The insurance giant has a market share of around 65%.
