Firstly we will start with basics which is usefull for both traders and investors.

1.First thing which anybody needs in stock market is forming a view about a stock or index weather it will be bullish or bearish or sideways. I hope you know the terms but if you have doubts kindly ask.

2. So to understand and form a view about the market there are so many theories and things but we will only study what is more important.

It is obvious that the view you will form about the direction of stock could be wrong sometimes ( because you are not God and nobody can make exact prediction everytime) so that's why we will use stoploss.
