Good morning

Yesterday, the Nifty opened the day on negative note after which we witnessed a strong up move till noon session. But the last two hours of trade saw profit booking which erased all the gains to close the day at around opening level to form a Neutral Candle.

For today, 17425 is a level below which Nifty is showing weakness and will act as a strong resistance. Immediate support is at 17050 - 17000 below which further fall could be seen.

For the Bank Nifty, immediate resistance is now at 38100. Till the time the Index trades below this level, the bears will rule and can take the Index to test 37200 – 37000 which is the next support zone.
