Good morning

Yesterday, as predicted the Nifty opened the day with a huge negative gap, traded in a range for a good amount of time and the last 2 hours saw a further supply which took the Nifty deep down to close the day at the day’s low.

For today, the Nifty is expected to open with flat on global cues. Strong and immediate support is now at 16800. On the higher side 17000 will be the immediate hurdle.

For the Bank Nifty, immediate resistance is now at 37250. On the lower side the immediate support is at 36600.
